Intent vs Speed

Just in the last week alone I made a proof of concept for a hobby project, a prototype of a thing that would call and schedule appointments for me, claude profile switcher, huge Swift 6 concurrency refactor in another hobby project, several claude skills for work, some half-baked. Aside from Claude skills, none of them yielded value for company, my wellbeing, or my team yet.

Just because you can make things very quickly now, doesn’t mean you must or should.
